Sweet and savoury, perfect for a spring/summer BBQ meal. I have served with glazed baby carrots and green vegetable, baked potato or a fresh seasonal salad.
Chops need
to marinate for at least one hour.
Ingredients
55g brown sugar
4g ground ginger
3g dried tarragon
2g ground cinnamon
2g ground black pepper
3g garlic powder
3g salt
400g lamb chops

Directions
In a medium
bowl, mix brown sugar, ginger, tarragon, cinnamon, pepper, garlic powder, and
salt. Rub lamb chops with the seasonings, and place on a plate. Cover, and
refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat BBQ
to high heat and when hot reduce to a medium heat.
Brush BBQ grate
lightly with oil, and arrange lamb chops on BBQ.
Cook 4
minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
